Our bath salts dissolved in warm water are easily absorbed through the skin and help relieve muscle tension. They ease stress and relax the body. Lavender oil helps to sooth the body with it’s aromatherapy properties.
Foot Soak: Place 2-3 heaped teaspoons into a bowl of water of your preferred temperature and
soak for 15-30 minutes.
Bath Soak: Fill a bath to your desired depth and temperature. Whilst water is running, place 4-5
heaped teaspoons of salt into the bath.
